Mar. 3, 2006: Kenware, Inc. successfully completes the execution of a turnkey, outsourced research & development contract for Cylive Corporation (http://www.cylive.com), a Web 2.0 company. Under the terms of the Agreement, Kenware created intellectual property and transfered the IP rights to Cylive. The contract also involved the development of an application prototype for Cylive.
 
July 19, 2005: Kenware, Inc. releases Kenware IDEA v. 2.0, which enhances significantly the functionality in the earlier version 1.0. Kenware IDEA, Integrated Database Entities Aggregator, is a generic database management application designed for use on the desktop running MS-Windows® and Palm PDA using the Palm OS®. Kenware IDEA allows you to define, develop and deploy databases in an integrated desktop and handheld environment.

These solutions help enterprises unlock business value from existing LOB applications and integrate this value into executable Web services based choreographies, which can be coordinated and provisioned to multi-channel users.
 
Mar. 31, 2005: Kenware, Inc. enters into a strategic partnership with AMBFS (http://www.ambfs.com) for delivery of a comprehensive suite of back office Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) solutions. Besides services for the HR, procurement and accounting functions, this portfolio also includes business support services for the banking and insurance industries.
 
Mar. 16, 2005: Kenware, Inc. announces the formation of a new division, Effectus (http://www.effectus.us), focused on the modeling, measurement and management of software development. The Effectus’ suite of solutions includes software development planning through the use of state-of-art predictive models; software measurement program audit & assessment; software measurement program implementation and alignment with business strategy and goals.

Oct. 12, 2004: Kenware, Inc. signs an agreement with a Fortune 500 bank for iCARE services. The engagement with the bank entails delivery of database management services to the bank in the Southern and Southeastern states.
